Position: Senior Salesforce Architect /Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Florham Park, NJ (Onsite Hybrid) Must be in or near New Jersey

Job Type: Fulltime and C2C

Key Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong Enterprise Salesforce Architecture experience, not just technical development or integrations.

• Proven ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across multiple business and technical domains.

• Experience driving Salesforce platform governance, standards, and long-term architecture strategy.

• Ability to lead architecture decisions and work independently with business and technical stakeholders.

• Sales Cloud

• Service Cloud

• Experience Cloud

• Conga

• DocuSign

• AWS

• Integration Experience

• Salesforce integrations with:

• NetSuite

• PeopleSoft

• Payment Gateway solutions

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct requirements gathering and solution design workshops.

• Engage directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Mentor senior developers and technical teams.

• Establish architectural best practices and governance processes

• Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical projects.

• Strong expertise in:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Salesforce Experience Cloud

• Apex Development

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flow

• Salesforce Security Model

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

• Experience with CI/CD deployment frameworks.

• Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Recycling, Logistics, Transportation, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services industries.
