Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Position Overview

Help drive Agile excellence by guiding delivery teams through Scrum best practices while coaching organizational Agile maturity. This role combines servant leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to enable successful product delivery.

What You'll Do

Guide teams using Agile and Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values
Coach teams and the organization toward higher Scrum maturity
Remove impediments and enable successful delivery
Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution
Support Product Owners with grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Improve communication and transparency across stakeholders
Participate in Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and related methodologies
Lead through servant leadership and Agile coaching

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Scrum Master Certification
Experience with Change Management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience identifying and building KPIs
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tracking tools
Experience creating product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and related product documentation
