Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, improve delivery practices, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve their Agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams and organizations using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values

• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of maturity

• Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery

• Facilitate: Scrum ceremonies, Team discussions, Decision-making, Team building, Conflict resolution

• Support effective internal and external communication

• Improve transparency and information sharing

• Support Product Owners with: Product backlog grooming, Backlog maintenance, Agile delivery

• Work with Product Managers to support organizational objectives and maximize ROI

• Apply appropriate Agile methodologies such as: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP

• Lead using a servant leadership approach

• Support continuous improvement across teams and the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience

• Scrum Master Certification – Mandatory

• Experience with Change Management

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices

• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-coaching skills

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience identifying and building KPIs to measure program performance

• Experience with Agile tracking tools such as: JIRA, Azure DevOps

• Experience creating and maintaining: Product timelines, Status reports, Communication plans, Product management documentation.
