A leading global insurance organisation is undertaking an exciting greenfield transformation, deploying

autonomous AI agent systems

to build the next generation of an AI-native insurance model from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with deep backend expertise using tools like

LLMs and Python

to help shape the next frontier of AI and A2A technology.

You Will:

• Build AI agents from scratch using

  Python and Azure

• Build and maintain

  RAG pipelines

  and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

Skills / Experience:

• Strong backend/Python development experience

• Experience building AI agents

• Start up environment experience/Small teams
