Mid - Sr. Software Engineer

Build the applications that power our business.

Join our IT team as a Software Developer, where you'll design, build, and support applications that keep critical business functions running smoothly. You'll work closely with fellow developers and business users, turning real-world problems into elegant technical solutions — and your work will have a direct, visible impact on how the organization operates.

What You'll Do

Build & innovate

— Develop and enhance business applications using C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
Design thoughtfully

— Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and other artifacts to guide solid requirements
Solve real problems

— Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on support for key business systems
Collaborate widely

— Partner with vendors, internal teams, and fellow developers on systems analysis and design
Know the business

— Get close to the end users you're building for, so the software actually fits how they work

What You Bring

5–8 years of software development experience (or a Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience)
Strong hands-on skills in

.NET 3.5+, C#, ASP.NET/Core, Angular, MongoDB, T-SQL, EF, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS

, and Git-based Agile workflows
A sharp problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
Great communication skills — equally comfortable with engineers and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience with ES6, RxJS, NgRx, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure (ASB, APIM, AAC), KendoUI, SignalR, Service Fabric, or Figma. MCSD certification is a plus, not a requirement.
