We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build the internal products that run our e-commerce business — the tools our operations, finance, and growth teams use every day to manage brands, inventory, PPC, and marketplace performance.

You'll own features end to end: shaping the solution together with the teams who will actually use it, building both the backend and the interface, shipping it, and keeping it healthy in production.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship full-stack features end to end — from database schema to the interface people actually click
Work closely with the product manager to turn messy, half-defined problems into scoped, shippable solutions — and go straight to the operations, finance, or growth teams when you need to see how the work actually gets done
Improve and extend the internal services we already run — and build new ones from scratch when a problem deserves its own product
Own your services in production — monitoring, performance, reliability, and fixing things when they break
Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve our codebase, tooling, and CI/CD
Review code and raise the engineering bar through pragmatic standards and experience sharing
Keep technical debt honest: refactor what slows the team down, ship what moves the business

Qualifications

Must have

Strong Python

— typing, testing, async, real production services
Clean architecture instincts

— you can walk us through a system you designed and explain its trade-offs
Deep database knowledge

— modeling, indexing, query optimization; comfortable in both OLTP and analytical worlds
Docker & Kubernetes in production, not just tutorials
GitHub Actions CI/CD

— you've built pipelines, not only used them
Solid GCP experience

— we run on GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery
React / Next.js

— able to ship a full feature without a dedicated frontend dev
AI-native workflow

— you use coding agents daily and build serious harnessing around them: project instructions, custom tools/MCP, verification loops, CI gates. You direct AI with judgment and verify what it produces — you don't just prompt and paste
Passion for the craft

— you care about the product, push back with better ideas, and stay curious. AI is your leverage, not your replacement
Upper Intermediate English

— be able to hold a conversation with the team in English
