About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack - FanX AI will contribute to maintaining and evolving the main product to ensure a fast, reliable, and enjoyable user experience. This role involves collaborating closely with design and product teams to develop AI-powered features that enhance fan engagement. The position also includes mentoring engineers and advancing the front end technology strategy, emphasizing generative AI.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop AI-powered web features

• Mentor and support growth of web engineers across the organization

• Enhance front end technology strategy and stack with focus on generative AI

• Optimize application architecture and performance

• Work full stack when necessary, including Python development

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of professional frontend engineering experience, leading product initiatives

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks

• Ability to build inclusive, accessible, and user-focused web experiences

• Experience with architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting distributed systems

• Adaptability to work full stack, including Python and design tools experience or willingness to learn

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range is $144,000 - $209,000 USD

• Eligibility for equity stake

• Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance
