About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, Growth & KYB Team designs and develops innovative data products and scalable systems that directly support customer growth and business outcomes. This role works closely with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to create customer-focused experiences that improve discovery, evaluation, and purchasing. The position plays a key role in shaping system architecture, delivering maintainable cloud-based solutions, and increasing the value and speed of customer interactions with the organization’s products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver data products that address important customer needs and business challenges.

• Build scalable, maintainable systems designed for reliable cloud deployment.

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to develop effective customer experiences.

• Analyze large-scale datasets and identify opportunities to generate meaningful business and customer value.

• Own architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions for assigned systems and products.

• Apply metrics-driven approaches to investigate and solve complex data and product challenges.

• Contribute to product strategy and technical direction through thoughtful engineering decisions.

• Operate transparently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Balance near-term delivery with long-term technical scalability and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production software.

• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists.

• Strong software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple time horizons while balancing immediate priorities with long-term product goals.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $180,000–$295,000 annually.

• Compensation packages may include equity participation opportunities.
