Senior Software Engineer

• As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer who’s passionate about building high-quality software that makes a real impact. You’ll help deliver distributed, scalable systems that power meaningful connections between carriers and their customers

• Design, build, and deliver scalable, reliable software across the stack — developing distributed systems and data-driven features that support carrier and customer experiences with strong performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions that drive measurable value

• Apply modern AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation

• Write clean, testable, and efficient code, continuously improving architecture and development practices through code reviews and refactoring

• Contribute to technical strategy, balancing pragmatic decision-making with long-term scalability and system health

• Mentor and collaborate with peers, helping elevate engineering standards and culture through example and feedback

• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications and features to production

• Experience designing and building distributed architectures, ideally in the AWS ecosystem, with a strong understanding of principles such as separation of concerns, scalability, and loose coupling

• Strong experience with relational and document-oriented databases, including performance tuning and scaling

• Passion for clean code, design patterns, and continuous improvement

• Typically has 6+ Years of Software Development Experience. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply as well

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code) to improve development workflows and productivity

• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern code management practices
