Redo is the ecommerce post-purchase platform for returns, managed returns, shipping/fulfillment, OMS, warranties, and AI support - used by 4,500+ brands. We're hiring for our Reverse Logistics Cloud.

We're not looking for someone who wants a normal engineering job. About the role

You'll build the systems behind returns, exchanges, managed returns, and warehouse/3PL integrations. Senior IC seat: own features end-to-end, ship reliably, mentor others, and grow toward tech lead as we scale from ~4 eng teams toward ~10.

How we work

In-office in Draper, 5 days/week. High-output culture: long days, tight collaboration, occasional weekend push when shipping matters. We want people who lean into that.

What you'll do

• Design and ship full-stack product for returns flows, RMAs, disposition, and logistics workflows

• Build/harden API integrations with WMS, 3PL, OMS, and merchant platforms (e.g. Shopify)

• Own quality in your area: tests, observability, incidents, sensible tradeoffs

• Partner with product and design; mentor mid-level engineers

What we're looking for

• 4-7+ years building production web apps

• Strong full-stack (TypeScript / Node.js / React or equivalent)

• Real API integration experience

• High ownership, clear communication, low ego

• Bonus: AWS, ecommerce/Shopify, logistics/WMS, high-volume transactional systems

Compensation: $140K-$200K (Senior L1-L3), plus equity, and benefits (flexible PTO, HSA contributions, Redo merchant perks, on-site gym, weekly lunches, and more).

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• In-office requirement: This role requires working in person from our Draper, Utah office five days per week. This is a firm requirement, not hybrid or remote. Relocation assistance is available. Are you able and willing to meet this requirement?
