Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Software Engineer, based in San Francisco.

You will work in a small senior team where you own features end to end, from the first customer conversation to production. Our core is event-sourced and real-time by design, and you will help shape how it grows as we expand in the US.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes how we build every endpoint, every permission and every screen.

What you bring:

Several years building production software at a fast-growing company.
Strong TypeScript and Python, and comfort across the stack.
Experience with real-time systems, LLM products or both.
Care for the details users notice and the ones they never see.
