About the Opportunity:

The

Senior / Staff Software Engineer

role focuses on enhancing software development through AI collaboration across engineering disciplines. The position is responsible for owning a critical stage of the engineering lifecycle, improving the speed, quality, and reliability of AI-powered product delivery, and driving measurable business and product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for a key stage in the engineering lifecycle within areas such as reliability, security, data, quality, delivery, deployment, or architecture.

• Define standards of excellence and maintain high quality within the assigned domain.

• Identify and integrate AI and agentic workflow improvements to enhance domain processes.

• Implement safe, observable, and auditable AI practices and promote adoption across teams.

• Develop shared tools, practices, or platforms that broaden engineering impact.

• Measure and drive the adoption and effectiveness of domain solutions.

• Translate technical decisions into business-relevant outcomes and collaborate with leadership to prioritize work.

• Influence technical direction, standards, and decision-making across teams as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• Senior level: 5+ years; Staff level: 8+ years of relevant engineering experience with demonstrated impact.

• Proven ability to build broadly adopted systems or practices that improve speed, quality, or safety.

• Practical experience with AI and agentic workflows.

• Strong technical judgment with a focus on simplicity and adoption.

• Ability to clearly connect technical work to business and customer outcomes.

• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

• High ownership, curiosity, and ability to work effectively in a fast-evolving environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary:

$150,000–$190,000

for Senior level and

$170,000–$210,000

for Staff level.

• Variable compensation, including bonus and/or commission eligibility where applicable.

• Equity participation through a stock option program.
