Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, architectural coordination, and site construction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-end residential villas, commercial buildings, and/or high-rise projects, with strong technical expertise and hands-on site experience from design coordination through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, Qatar regulations, and relevant engineering codes.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documentation.

Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and MEP teams.

Monitor construction quality, workmanship, progress, and structural and architectural coordination.

Provide technical guidance and prepare inspection reports and project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.

Strong hands-on site and construction experience.

Experience in residential villas, commercial buildings, and/or high-rise projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and structural design software are an advantage.

Good knowledge of Qatar construction regulations and international engineering standards.

Valid Qatar ID (QID) and UPDA/MMUP certification are mandatory.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.
