The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, proactive, and comfortable reviewing the work of others rather than requiring detailed step-by-step direction.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can review, manage, and lead—not simply prepare assigned work.

You should be comfortable providing staff with direction, following up on assignments, communicating with clients, managing deadlines, and taking ownership of your engagements.
We value professionals who identify problems, research solutions, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for getting work completed correctly and on time.
Compensation
$80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, credentials, technical knowledge, and demonstrated ability to review work and supervise staff.
Candidates with a CPA or EA designation, significant tax review experience, and prior supervisory or management experience may be considered toward the upper end of the salary range.
