For our project in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for

Senior Technical Electrical Engineer - ELV & ICT Systems

- 100% (m/f)

The Ideal Candidate will have senior technical-office and systems coordination experience across ELV, ICT, telecom, life safety, security, BMS/IBMS, and integrated low-current systems for large hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use, or commercial developments. The candidate should be able to review system architectures, risers, network topologies, vendor documentation, equipment sizing, integration schedules, authority-compliance submissions, and BIM/model coordination inputs while communicating clearly with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical-office reviews for ELV, ICT, telecom, life safety, security, BMS/IBMS, and integrated low-current systems.

  • Develop and check system drawings, riser schematics, network topologies, wiring interconnects, device layouts, rack layouts, and containment coordination drawings.

  • Review CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA/VA, GPON/FTTH, BMS, master clock, structured cabling, and related specialist system submissions.

  • Perform or audit key system calculations, including CCTV bandwidth and storage, PA/VA acoustic coverage, fire alarm battery backup, UPS runtime, rack loading, and network capacity.

  • Assess vendor datasheets, software integration architecture, compliance matrices, method statements, technical queries, and interface documentation.

  • Develop and check cause-and-effect matrices, BACnet/Modbus point schedules, BMS I/O lists, sequences of operation, and integration requirements with HVAC and life safety systems.

  • Coordinate ELV/ICT interfaces with electrical power, mechanical systems, architecture, fire life safety, security, BIM, site teams, and specialist suppliers.

  • Check submissions against HCIS directives, SASO requirements, Saudi Civil Defense requirements, TIA/EIA, BICSI, and relevant international standards.

  • Support testing, commissioning, systems integration, handover readiness, and close-out of technical observations.

  • Participate in consultant/client meetings, vendor workshops, authority coordination, and multidisciplinary technical reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Valid Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation is required.

  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of dedicated technical-office, ELV/ICT design, systems integration, or low-current coordination experience.

  • Strong experience in KSA mega-projects, hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or complex building developments.

  • Deep knowledge of system integration protocols, including BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus RTU/TCP, KNX, DALI, SIP, ONVIF, and related building-system interfaces.

  • Strong working knowledge of HCIS, SASO, Saudi Civil Defense requirements, TIA/EIA standards, BICSI practices, and low-current system documentation.

  • High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, CDE platforms, and ELV/ICT calculation or network planning tools.

  • Ability to review technical submittals, vendor documentation, compliance matrices, system architectures, and integration schedules with limited supervision.

  • Strong client-facing communication, vendor coordination, reporting, and issue-resolution skills.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required; Arabic language capability is an advantage
