Job description

  • We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own two of the highest-leverage areas in our publisher business: the products our enterprise publishers rely on every day, and the monetization infrastructure that underpins the performance and trust of our entire ecosystem

  • This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog

  • It’s a role for someone who sees a complex, interconnected system (publisher relationships, tracking pipelines, monetization mechanics) and immediately starts identifying the highest-leverage points to improve it

  • You’ll be expected to operate with the strategic clarity of a product leader and the rigor of someone who actually understands how systems work

  • You’ll be accountable to both the business and the publishers who depend on what you build

  • We hire people who want to be challenged. If that’s you, let’s talk

  • Own a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap; defend trade-offs with data and a clear point of view

  • Proactively identify and size opportunities through quantitative analysis, partner signals, and competitive intelligence

  • Define success metrics before a single line of code is written

  • Approach the roadmap with a build-to-learn mindset; favor fast, validated bets over long hidden development cycles

  • Engage directly with enterprise publishers to distinguish market problems from individual partner requests

  • Write PRDs and technical requirements (API contracts, data models, product experiences) that are unambiguous and implementation-ready

  • Partner with engineering on architecture, data pipeline design, technical trade-offs to generate product recommendations

  • Drive the full product lifecycle: scoping, prioritization, sequencing, launch coordination, and post-launch analysis

  • Remove blockers proactively, escalate with solutions, and bias toward action

  • Build deep relationships with enterprise publishers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into scalable solutions

  • Lead cross-functional reviews, alignment meetings, and proactively communicate up, down, and across without losing fidelity

  • Mentor junior and mid-level PMs on discovery quality, PRD precision, metrics discipline, and execution

  • Raise team standards by example - bring frameworks, challenge existing ones, and create an environment where people are pushed to grow

Benefits

  • Preparing for the Future > A company match to enhance your savings for those golden years.

  • Work/Life Time > Flexible Time Off and 10 paid holidays per year – Ask about Summer Fridays!

  • Protect Your Family > Company paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and paid Disability Leaves.

  • Health > Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth, Spending Accounts, Flu Shots, and more! (Transparency in Coverage)

  • Employee Recognition Program > We recognize performance, innovation, and being a good “Xer”.

  • DEI Council > Transforming our workplace into an inclusive environment.

  • Learning & Development > If you like learning, we like training.

  • Events > We celebrate…everything! Team building, parties, and charity events.

  • Wellness > Join our team of Wellness Warriors!- Desire to develop and manage other PMs - you’re building toward a team leadership role, not just an individual contributor ceiling; experience mentoring other PMs is a plus

  • Technical background strongly preferred - CS, engineering, data science, or equivalent demonstrated fluency; you don’t need to write production code, but you need to hold your own in architectural conversations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise or partner-facing products - you’ve built for sophisticated, demanding customers and know how to translate partner needs into scalable product solutions

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping complex, technical products end-to-end

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity - Connexity moves fast and the landscape shifts; you adapt without losing focus

  • Strong data instincts - you define leading product metrics (adoption, engagement, feature impact) before you ship and analyze results to drive your next decision

  • Ecommerce experience required - you understand the retail and shopping ecosystem, how performance-based models work, and what drives outcomes for merchants and publishers

  • Experience with affiliate/performance monetization - you understand how affiliate networks, click tracking, and attribution models work
