Job description
Description & Requirements
Senior Workday Product Manager serves as the strategic relationship manager and business technology advisor for the firm's Workday ecosystem across Finance, Human Resources, Professional Services Operations, and enterprise shared-services functions.
This role partners closely with business leaders, engineering teams, platform support teams, technology delivery teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through Workday capabilities, automation, analytics, AI-enabled functionality, reporting, integrations, platform extensibility, and process transformation.
The Senior Workday Product Manager owns capability planning, business prioritization, roadmap alignment, stakeholder engagement, and value realization across the Workday portfolio. The role partners closely with business, technology, vendor, and operational teams responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, security, reporting, integrations, support, and technical execution across the Workday ecosystem. The Workday Business Partner collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to align strategic direction, governance, prioritization, and value realization activities ensuring Workday investments remain aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
What You Will Do

Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, Human Resources, Professional Services Operations, and enterprise shared-services functions.
-
Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments and platform strategy.
-
Develop and maintain a strategic vision for Workday AI, automation, and emerging platform capabilities, partnering with business leaders to simplify processes, accelerate user journeys, improve decision-making, and maximize business value across the Workday ecosystem.
-
Partner with engineering, architecture, delivery teams, platform support resources, vendors, and business stakeholders, and Workday customer success and strategic advisory resources to evaluate platform capabilities, translate business needs into prioritized initiatives, and guide investment decisions related to Workday Extend, integrations, automation, reporting, analytics, and other strategic Workday capabilities. Lead the development of business cases, investment recommendations, and prioritization decisions for Workday-related initiatives.
-
Champion organizational readiness, adoption, communications, and change management efforts associated with Workday enhancements and releases.
-
Monitor business outcomes and value realization metrics, recommending continuous improvements across the Workday portfolio.
-
Lead Workday governance forums, advisory boards, and stakeholder councils to align business leaders on platform priorities, investment decisions, roadmap direction, and value realization.
-
Represent business priorities in strategic discussions with Workday and external advisors regarding future platform capabilities, product roadmap direction, industry best practices, and long-term platform investment opportunities.
-
Monitor Workday roadmap updates, release communications, and emerging platform capabilities; advise stakeholders on business opportunities, adoption priorities, and potential impacts to enterprise processes and strategic objectives. Provide strategic oversight and governance for Workday initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining accountability for outcomes rather than day-to-day technical execution
-
Strong executive presence with the ability to lead, influence, and manage relationships with senior business and firm leadership.
-
Exceptional consultative, stakeholder management, and communication skills across Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
-

-
Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams, platform support teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to evaluate capabilities, prioritize investments, and balance competing demands across the Workday portfolio.
-
Ability to lead through influence rather than authority, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-

-
Ability to establish outcome-based measures, evaluate results using qualitative and quantitative insights, and hold initiatives accountable to intended business outcomes.
