Job description
The Center for People with Disabilities, Qatar, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities.

Assist teachers in implementing learning activities and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Promote students’ communication, social skills, independence, and overall development.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to support student progress.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and empathy.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
