Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to support individualized and classroom-based learning.

• Candidates should possess skills in Education and Training to apply appropriate strategies for learners with autism and special needs.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with learners, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Relevant experience working with children or learners with autism or special educational needs in an educational setting.

• Fluency in Arabic, with good proficiency in English, to support communication in a diverse school environment.

• Knowledge of autism-specific interventions, behavioral support strategies, and inclusive education practices is highly beneficial.

• Formal education in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to learner-centered support.
