Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for reinforced concrete and structural works: foundations, columns, walls, and slabs.

• Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, materials, equipment, and site logistics.

• Monitor productivity and progress against the project programme.

• Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, and consultant teams, and ensure works meet quality, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements.

• Raise inspection requests, close consultant comments and NCRs, and support handover.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 7+ years of professional experience in the execution and supervision of concrete works on building construction projects.

• Strong experience in coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.

• Proven track record in site follow-up, quality control, inspections, and handovers.

• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, formwork, concrete testing, and hot-weather concreting practices.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and strong QA/QC and HSE awareness.
