Site Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Fresh Graduate Civil Site Engineer

to join our construction team and support the execution of major building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated Civil Engineer to gain hands-on site experience and develop their technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer and Project Management team in daily construction activities.

• Monitor civil works and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to support daily work activities.

• Assist in checking materials, workmanship, and completed works.

• Review and understand

  construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications

  .

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of site activities.

• Assist with measurements, quantity calculations, and work progress tracking.

• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to the senior engineer.

• Support inspections and ensure works are completed according to approved procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow project procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong interest in

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.

• Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.

• Basic knowledge of

  AutoCAD and MS Office

  .

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and work in a site-based construction environment.

• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
