Position: Civil Engineer

Project Location: Al Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE Project Type: Construction – Sheet Piling Works Employment Type: Contractual

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days per week Salary & Benefits: To be discussed with shortlisted candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sheet piling operations, and site engineering practices.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.

• Good communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.

• Previous experience in sheet piling, foundation works, or related construction activities.

• Experience supervising site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and monitoring project progress.

• Familiarity with construction quality standards and site safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sheet piling and civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor construction progress, manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements.

• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site documentation, and resolve technical issues.

Important Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Must hold an own valid UAE visa covering the entire project duration.

• Visa sponsorship will not be provided.

• Must be available to work the required schedule at Al Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi.
