Site Engineer (Civil)

Location: Co. Wexford and South Dublin, Ireland

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on an upcoming project in Co. Wexford, as well as ongoing projects in South Dublin.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carrying out all site setting-out activities, including roads, drainage, foundations and RC frames.

• Supporting the Site Management team with the day-to-day running of projects.

• Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Maintaining accurate site records and preparing as-built drawings.

• Reviewing design drawings and preparing TQ’s as required.

• Creating, maintaining and managing all setting-out files.

• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the wider site team.

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, quality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• A third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• A minimum of five year’s industry experience.

• Strong technical, organisational and site management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A proactive approach, with a strong desire to develop professionally and progress your career.
