Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Doha, Qatar. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out, civil, and MEP works, ensuring projects are executed according to design, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving technical and site-related issues. The role involves conducting site inspections, supervising labor, verifying materials and workmanship, and preparing daily reports and documentation. The Site Engineer will also support cost-effective solutions, client communication on technical matters, and adherence to company standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience managing construction or interior fit-out works.

• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Candidates should possess quality control and site inspection skills to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

• Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to interior fit-out and building works.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience in interior fit-out, civil, or MEP projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, shop drawings, and industry codes and standards. MS Office and basic engineering knowledge of AutoCAD .

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work under time constraints on active project sites.
