Job Opening: Site Engineer – Fit-Out & MEP

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fit-Out and MEP works

• Proven experience with Retail, Commercial, and Residential projects

• Strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and quality control

• Experience working in Qatar is a must / preferred

• Valid Qatar driving license is a plus

• Good communication and reporting skills (progress reports, snag lists, etc.)

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for fit-out and MEP works

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety compliance

• Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate deliveries

• Supervise and follow up with subcontractors' foremen/supervisors on site

• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations of malls and commercial premises, including special working hours and access restrictions

• Prepare and submit work permits as required by mall/site management

• Liaise directly with clients and ensure their requirements are met on site

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

• Handle snagging and handover process

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
