Site Engineer

SAKA Group of Companies is a premier contracting firm based in Abu Dhabi, delivering high-quality civil construction, MEP, and luxury fit-out projects across the UAE.

Job Purpose: To supervise daily civil and structural works on-site, ensuring execution meets approved shop drawings, project timelines, and Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Direct daily structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works per approved drawings.

• Quality & Inspections: Conduct site inspections (WIR/MIR) with consultants to maintain strict quality standards.

• Coordination: Partner with MEP teams to clear structural openings and sleeves prior to concrete pours and wall closures.

• Subcontractor Management: Lead on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure high productivity and strict safety compliance.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site progress against the baseline schedule and address delays early.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 4–7 years of UAE experience (Abu Dhabi preferred).

• Strong drawing review skills (AutoCAD) and familiarity with ADM regulations.
