Position: Site Engineer – Precast
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the precast concrete industry.

Strong knowledge of precast concrete erection, installation, and site operations.

Experience in supervising precast installation works, including columns, beams, wall panels, and slabs.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Experience in preparing daily progress reports, Method Statements, Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Work Inspection Requests (WIR).

Knowledge of site inspections, quality control procedures, and HSE requirements.

Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, and site supervisors.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Previous UAE construction experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
Salary: To be discussed during the interview, depending on qualifications and experience.
