Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our remote team across Latin America. In this role, you’ll help take AI-generated applications from prototype to production, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and ready to scale. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and observability, collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Take AI-generated applications from prototype to production, making the necessary code and configuration changes for secure deployments.

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Configure application security, authentication, secrets management, and access controls.

• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to support reliable production services.

• Maintain and harden cloud environments to meet security and compliance requirements.

• Create reusable infrastructure templates, deployment standards, and automation practices.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Senior-level experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.

• A software development background and experience supporting services in production.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure.

• Experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to discuss technical topics and share your perspective clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS CDK, OpenTofu, or GitOps practices.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Experience with cloud security hardening and compliance requirements.

• Experience with cloud migrations.

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions.

• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
