Role Description

This role is for a short-term, project based full-time on-site role for a Snr Project & Events Manager at MUSE. The role involves overseeing and managing the Polo AlMarsa project in collaboration with the Director including event operations, planning and coordinating, collaborating with vendors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and leading a team to execute a successful project and event.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Event Management, and Leadership skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing budgets and timelines

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and organized with a keen eye for quality

• Experience in marketing and brand strategy is a plus

Preferred Experience and Skills Set

• Experience working in sports events management

• Experience working in events in Qatar

• Available in Qatar for short term contract

• Arabic speaking, but not a requirement

Must be available in Qatar with valid QID and available to start immediately.
