Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and self-driven Marketing & Social Media Executive who is fluent in Arabic and capable of independently managing all aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing promotional materials, and handling our social media platforms professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok)

• Create, design, and publish high-quality posts, posters, and promotional content

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand strategy and target audience

• Independently plan and execute social media campaigns

• Monitor daily social media activity and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries

• Track engagement, performance, and growth of social media platforms

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies

• Coordinate with management to align marketing activities with business goals

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

• Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Ability to create engaging posters, images, and short videos

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok algorithms and trends

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare/clinic or service industry marketing

• Basic knowledge of paid ads and boosting posts

• Photography or videography skills

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
