Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Location: Remote - Miami, FL

Duration: 6 Months plus

Job Summary Senior Software Developer (Remedy/BMC Helix ITSM)

• Develop, configure, and support Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM, focusing on billing workflows and integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chartfields, financial data structures, and custom billing/invoicing workflows.

• Integrate Remedy/Helix ITSM with ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft/1NFORMS.

• Analyze and reprocess failed billing tasks and workflow items to ensure accurate end-to-end processing.

• Update billing logic, automation rules, and workflow configurations as needed.

• Manage fiscal year-end preparation, including billing rate updates and workflow stabilization for financial close-out.

• Develop or modify dashboards within Remedy/Helix ITSM for enhanced data visualization and reporting.

• Document system changes, configurations, and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.

• Work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, especially during fiscal close.

• Utilize strong database management, spreadsheet, and reporting skills to transform data and generate reports.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
