We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in C++, embedded systems, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on C++ development experience
• Experience with RTOS and embedded programming
• Knowledge of Linux, VxWorks, or similar real-time operating systems
• Experience with processor/board architecture and design
• Prior experience leading a small engineering team
• Experience across various phases of the software development lifecycle
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• STEM degree or related technical education
• Active and transferable U.S. Government Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

• UML, OOA/D and SysML
• Agile/Scrum, CI and Test-Driven Development
• DevOps, Jenkins and automated testing
• Model-Driven Development
• Custom hardware/software integration
• FPGA interfaces
• Microservices and containerized applications
• Versal / ARM assembly knowledge
• Performance optimization
• CORBA
• Python scripting
