Lead Software Engineer
who blends deep software engineering craftsmanship with hands-on Generative AI expertise. In this role, you won't just prototype โ you'll
architect, build, and operationalize enterprise-scale GenAI systems

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a technical leader on our team, you'll drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows. You'll set engineering standards, mentor peers, and partner with stakeholders to turn complex business problems โ especially in regulated, healthcare-adjacent environments โ into production-ready solutions.
โ Required Qualifications
Engineering & Leadership

5+ years of software engineering experience, including designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications

2+ years as a
Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or equivalent
technical leadership role

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, system reliability, performance optimization, and observability
Core Technical Stack

Strong expertise in
Python
application development and modern API frameworks (
FastAPI, Flask
, or similar)

Experience designing and implementing
microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs

Strong experience with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
and cloud-native application development

Hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes (GKE)

Docker / Containerization
-
CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

GitHub
and modern source control practices

Experience developing
event-driven and streaming solutions
(Kafka or similar messaging platforms)

Experience with cloud-native data technologies:
BigQuery, BigTable, SQL
, and large-scale data processing
Generative AI Expertise

Hands-on experience implementing and operationalizing:
