Responsibilities:

Develops high-quality software design and architecture

Executes assigned tasks in an agile methodology

Develops tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

Automates tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

Develop features to enhance the user experience

Build reusable code for future use

Review and debug code

Collaborate directly with our business users as we build new products

Learn and solve business and technology problems

Work in agile and focused small teams

Ability to receive and give constructive criticism (critique the product - not the people)

Perform validation and verification testing

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

Maintenance of existing systems

Identify issues that may block your progress and bring them up to the team to find a solution

Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training

Experience Requirements and Preferences::

Education
Associates degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field.
Or graduation from a Coding Bootcamp
*** Additional Requirements and responsibilities for Mid (Level 2):
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field.
Or graduation from a Coding Bootcamp
Or 4+ years as a Software Engineer
Required Experience
2 years of Experience in a Software Engineer Role
