Software Engineer (Implementations)

We are looking for a Software Engineer, Integrations to join our team!

This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with multiple functions across the organization

Own customer onboarding - we understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they’re accurately integrated into our system

Process improvement - develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Project management - coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction

Work with a modern tech stack - we use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS- The ideal candidate can quickly achieve expert status, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with a fast growing startup

Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members

Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams

Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop

3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred)

Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives
