Career Launch Tech Initiative (CLTI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to equip underserved communities with the technology, training, and resources necessary to access career development opportunities.

The Role:

CLTI is seeking a Volunteer Software Engineer

to collaborate with one of our partner companies, providing pro-bono software engineering support on impactful projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to initiatives that drive social good while gaining hands-on experience and expanding your professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team of a partner company to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.

• Build scalable and efficient applications.

• Leverage knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance project outcomes.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and align technical solutions accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s student or graduate in Computer Science

  or a related field.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a plus.

• Passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful social impact.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
