We are looking for a skilled, innovative, and results-driven Software Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for developing reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations and enhance user experiences. Working closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other technical professionals, you will help transform business requirements into effective software solutions, improve system performance, and contribute to the continuous development of our technology infrastructure.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain web applications, mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and other software components as required.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, technical issues, and system performance problems.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and development practices.

• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and external systems to enhance application functionality.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing procedures to ensure software quality.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to identify defects and ensure applications meet functional and technical requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation, software specifications, system architecture records, and development guidelines.

• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews.

• Work with databases to design queries, manage data structures, and optimize data retrieval and storage performance.

• Implement security best practices to protect applications, systems, and sensitive information.

• Assist with software deployment, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of production environments.

• Research emerging technologies, programming frameworks, and development tools to improve engineering productivity.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving development workflows, automation, and software architecture.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a similar technical role.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, programming concepts, and application development practices.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or Go.

• Experience with software development frameworks, libraries, and development tools relevant to the chosen technology stack.

• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server; experience with NoSQL databases is an advantage.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and code quality standards.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Good understanding of software security, application performance, and scalability considerations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and meet project deadlines.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is an advantage.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or automated deployment tools is an advantage.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• A portfolio of software projects, contributions to open-source projects, or relevant practical development experience is an advantage.
