Duties

Develop and enhance web applications using JavaScript frameworks and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange across systems.

Architect scalable microservices architectures aligned with best practices in system design for system development.

Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver iterative features, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Integrate cloud infrastructure services such as AWS or Azure to optimize application deployment, scalability, and reliability.

Write clean, maintainable code using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git, adhering to established software design patterns.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging across multiple programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++, and VBA to ensure software quality.
Qualifications

Proven experience in software development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or C++.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable systems.

Hands-on experience with web development frameworks including React Express or similar technologies.

Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system design for system development.

Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server; experience with SQL queries and database optimization is preferred.

Experience working within Agile software development environments utilizing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Strong grasp of software engineering principles including design patterns, scalability strategies, version control (Git), and security best practices such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
