We are seeking Emirati Software Engineers for full-time opportunities with our clients, contributing to the development of software solutions that support business operations and digital transformation.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain applications that address business and user needs. Working alongside technical teams and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable software, contributing throughout the development lifecycle.

About You

• You are with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• You have practical software development experience through employment, internships, or substantial university or personal projects.

• You are proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.

• You understand software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and database design.

• You enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and understanding how your work supports business needs.

• You can work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• You are interested in a full-time role where you can build your technical capabilities and contribute to real projects.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services in line with business requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Build and integrate APIs to connect applications, systems, and data sources.

• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficient access.

• Write and execute tests, investigate defects, and resolve technical issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvements in software quality.

• Apply secure development practices and follow organizational technology standards.

• Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and performance improvements.

• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with colleagues.

About Your Skills

• Programming:

  Apply sound coding practices and use relevant languages and frameworks to build maintainable software.

• Problem-solving:

  Break down technical challenges, investigate root causes, and develop practical solutions.

• Application development:

  Understand how user interfaces, backend services, and databases work together.

• Databases:

  Work with relational or non-relational databases and write efficient queries.

• API integration:

  Understand REST APIs and how applications exchange data securely.

• Testing and debugging:

  Validate functionality, diagnose issues, and improve application reliability.

• Development tools:

  Use Git and understand version control, collaborative development, and release processes.

• Communication and teamwork:

  Explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, or Agile development practices is an advantage.
