Software Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for Software Engineers who take real ownership from understanding business problems to designing, building, and shipping solutions that scale.

You'll work across the stack (backend, frontend, databases, APIs) and make technical decisions focused on simplicity, reliability, and business impact. Working in fintech means tackling some of the most complex challenges in software.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end with a business-first mindset.

• Build and maintain scalable backend, frontend, and database systems.

• Write clean, reliable, high-performance code.

• Use AI tools to speed up development and decision-making.

• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver high-impact outcomes.

• Spot risks and bottlenecks, and fix them proactively.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and solid engineering practices (OOP, system design).

• Backend-focused experience, with frontend/database exposure.

• Business-outcome mindset, not just technical thinking.

• Comfortable using AI tools daily.

• Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action.

• Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Fintech/banking experience is a strong plus.

• Clear communicator, collaborative, ownership-driven.
