This is an office-first role.** Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do

Define and evolve global end-user computing and workplace infrastructure architectures that align with business and enterprise technology strategies.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct proof-of-concepts, and recommend innovative workplace solutions.
Lead the design and governance of workplace technology standards across global locations.
Collaborate closely with IT Operations, IT Security, Infrastructure teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure solution effectiveness.
Drive the resolution of complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for critical workplace services.
Oversee onsite Site IT Operations to ensure reliable service delivery, operational continuity, compliance, and alignment with global standards.

What we are looking for

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale end-user computing and workplace infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of IT architecture principles, workplace technologies, IT security, governance, and service management practices.
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into practical and sustainable technology solutions.
Experience working in complex global environments with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
