Job Overview:
Job Summary**
The Specialist I Quality will support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across Primoris Services Corporation projects.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions.

Conduct inspections and audits of ongoing work to verify adherence to established quality standards and project specifications.

Document inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in a timely and accurate manner.

Support the investigation of quality-related issues and assist in identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.

Review project documentation for quality compliance, including material certifications, test reports, and construction records.

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality concerns and promote a culture of quality.

Participate in training and development activities to enhance quality knowledge and skills.

Assist in preparing quality reports and metrics for management review.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality department.
Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.

1-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field within construction, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.

Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Physical ability to perform inspections in various weather conditions and construction environments.
