For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.

Job Description

Reconciling

Prepare/ review balance sheet reconciliations; research non traditional balances
Reconcile all self-insurance activity to the incurred but not reported analysis (IBNR)

Data Processing

Prepare accounting entries for health and risk self-insurance programs
Post all area specific journal entries as prepared by 3rd party offshoring partner
Ensure desktop procedures (DTPs) are maintained by 3rd party offshoring partner.

Operational Support

Approve entries related to the self-insurance program
Forecasting the self-insurance programs
Provide finance and site level support as required.

Control and Governance

Ensure accounting controls and policies are being applied appropriately at all levels
Meet published deadlines
Understand the business and the impact of general ledger processes on other people

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, required
3+ years work related experience, required
