Job description

Electrical Subsea System Pre-commissioning & Commissioning: Define / Review the methodology for identification and representation of Electrical systems and subsystems boundary limits for project break down into commissionable systems aiding planning preparation and execution.

Execution of HV Subsea cable system testing (including HV cable, HV cable Joints and HV Cable Termination) and testing of HV / LV Umbilical and Topside Umbilical Termination Units.

Strong background in installation, commissioning (testing), troubleshooting and Energization of Electrical Substation Equipment (132 kV GIS, HV Transformers, HV Reactors, HV Switchgears 33 kV, 6.6 kV, and LV Switchgears, Protection relays, VSD, ENMCS, etc.) and development of HV Switching programs.

HV Cable and Umbilical Integration: Define / implement the requirements for HV power cables and umbilical (including Fiber Optic cable for SCADA Integration) for the transmission of electrical power supply and communication signals from the Onshore facilities to offshore platforms.

Vendor Management: Review technical deliverables, datasheets, and procurement specifications for HV subsea Cable and Umbilical and being Company representative for the FAT and SAT test.
