Support Office - Vancouver, Full time

COMPENSATION:

$147,420.00 - $230,343.75

The Senior Digital Growth Product Manager is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the future of our digital product portfolio to accelerate business growth. This role involves owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital initiatives. They will lead cross-functional teams, mentor other product managers, and champion a culture of data-driven experimentation and innovation to deliver significant business impact.

You Will:

  • Define the key metrics and KPIs for digital growth.

  • Executive Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.

  • Vision & Strategy: Own and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the digital growth product area, aligning it with company-wide objectives.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead high-impact, complex product initiatives from conception through launch, adoption, and iteration.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and develop other product managers, providing guidance and fostering best practices in product management.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the organization. Communication: Communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders across the company.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Your Experience Should Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital growth, user acquisition, or monetization.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and launching large-scale digital products that have achieved significant business growth.

  • Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital product strategies and growth.

Salary Range : $147,420.00 - $230,343.75

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.

  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.

  • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
