Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil for a leading EPC & Construction company in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tendering, estimation, and pre-contract activities within EPC/main contracting companies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Estimation/Tendering, including 3+ years in a senior estimation role.

  • Experience working with EPC and contractor companies is mandatory.

  • Minimum 1 year of Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience required.

  • Currently working in a Tendering / Estimation Department at Head Office.

  • Strong command of the English language.

  • Experience handling major projects and prestigious clients such as:

  • NEOM

  • Diriyah

  • Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC)

  • Qiddiya

  • Royal Commission

  • Ministry of Transport

  • Ministry of Defense

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.

  • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation.

  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

  • Prepare competitive tender submissions.

  • Support value engineering and cost optimization activities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Large-scale infrastructure, building, and EPC projects.

  • Experience with Saudi mega projects and government clients.

  • Strong knowledge of construction market rates and pricing

Pay: ﷼13,500.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
