Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sr Full Stack AI Developer role based in Santa Clara, CA. The Sr Full Stack AI Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and AI-driven solutions, spanning front-end interfaces, back-end services, and data pipelines. Responsibilities include building scalable APIs, integrating AI/ML models into production systems, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions. The developer will also help improve development processes, mentor team members, and stay current with emerging technologies in cloud, AI, and full-stack development.

Qualifications

Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building production-grade web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Expertise in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side frameworks.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications, and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of secure coding practices, testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor other developers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
