Sr. Full Stack Developer- Java, Springboot, Microservices

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer / Java Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, and microservices architecture, along with strong technical leadership skills.

This role will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, establishing development best practices, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance applications across cloud and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Java applications.

• Define and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Framework.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and implement solutions using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu, Docker, and AWS.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven applications using Confluent Kafka.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Mentor developers and conduct technical design/code reviews.

• Drive application modernization, containerization, and cloud migration initiatives.

• Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, resiliency, and maintainability.

• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices using Jenkins/Bamboo, Git, and Maven.

• Define and improve automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and UI testing.

• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues and provide architectural recommendations.

• Experience with AWS cloud architecture and enterprise application modernization.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
