Sr. Identity Security Engineer/ SailPoint Developer

Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

Hands-on SailPoint engineer focused on IdentityIQ development, production support, and migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Core Skills:

  • SailPoint:

    IdentityIQ, ISC, Identity Governance, Provisioning, Certifications, Workflows, Connectors

  • Development:

    Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting

  • Integration:

    REST APIs, Web Services, Active Directory, LDAP, Enterprise Integrations

  • Migration:

    IdentityIQ → ISC, ISC Workflows, Transforms, APIs, Hybrid/Coexistence

  • Engineering:

    Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Testing, Source Control, CI/CD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot customized SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.

  • Support rules, workflows, tasks, certifications, provisioning, lifecycle events, and connectors.

  • Analyze legacy Java/BeanShell code and resolve complex production issues.

  • Design and implement IdentityIQ-to-ISC migration solutions.

  • Configure ISC workflows, transforms, integrations, and provisioning processes.

  • Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, and IdentityIQ/ISC coexistence.

  • Perform testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support.

  • Mentor developers and collaborate with security, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

  • SailPoint ISC hands-on experience.

  • IdentityIQ-to-ISC migration experience.

  • SailPoint certification.

  • CI/CD and automated testing.

  • Experience with PAM, HR systems, and regulated environments.
