Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer – Plumbing & Drainage to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects, with in-depth knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Plumbing & Drainage works for Villa and High-Rise projects from design to execution.

• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and local authority requirements (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other disciplines.

• Prepare method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions.

• Supervise site activities, ensure quality control, and adherence to project timelines.

• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and site productivity.

• Resolve technical issues and support project management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8–12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE .

• Proven experience in Plumbing & Drainage systems for Villa and High-Rise Building project s.

• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards.

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
